Priced by the truck. Nothing for seats.
Dispatchers, admins, drivers, customers and carriers can all have logins. The number that sets your price is how many trucks you run.
Prices are per month, in Canadian dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout. Month to month, or pay for a year up front and get two months free and guided onboarding at no charge.

What owners ask first.
What counts as a truck?
Active drivers set the meter. You can’t give back trucks below the number of drivers you have active, and the app tells you how many that is. A truck sitting in the shop with no active driver doesn’t count.
Do dispatchers and office staff cost extra?
No. Dispatcher and admin logins are unlimited on every plan. Driver, customer and carrier logins are free.
Is there a setup fee?
Not if you import your own data. You can bring in your drivers, trucks, customers, rates and loads from Excel or CSV during the trial at no cost. If you would rather we do it, guided onboarding is free with an annual plan and $999 one time on a monthly plan: we import your data, set up your rates and billing, and run two training sessions with your team.
Can I add trucks mid-month?
Yes. Extra trucks can be added one at a time. With card billing connected, a truck added mid-month is prorated to the day.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. If you pay for a year up front, you get two months free. Before you leave you can download a full backup file and a CSV of your loads.
Which currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax (GST, and PST where it applies) is added on top at checkout.
