Dispatch Board is built and run by Virtuoso Technologies Ltd., a Canadian-owned software company in British Columbia. It ships updates continuously and is on version 10 as of September 2026.

Why this exists

Drayage margin is thin and most of it is decided by dates: last free day, empty return, chassis days, waiting time. The software we saw spread those dates across screens and left the follow-up to memory. Dispatch Board puts them on the board and keeps the evidence, so billing and disputes use the same facts as dispatch.

Canada first

We build for Canadian carriers first, then for the rest of North America. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with USD for cross-border work. Canadian sales taxes, kilometres and the BC Container Trucking Act pay check are built in, not bolted on. Our terms follow British Columbia law and our privacy policy follows PIPEDA.
